The prime objective of Professional Cleaning Australia is to provide for its customers’ Building Services, a level of Quality that is consistently in conformance with Contract, Mandatory and Environmental requirements.
Through motivation and direction, we look to provide innovative solutions to customer requirements. To achieve these objectives, it is the policy of Professional Cleaning Australia to establish and maintain a Quality Assurance Management System.
The staff of Professional Cleaning Australia are aware of the need for good internal customer relationships to achieve external customer satisfaction.
The Policy Manual defines how the Quality Assurance System of the company complies with the requirements and the elements for control used within our Quality Management System.
